We begin all of our personalised programmes with a complimentary intake session with our Founder, Dr Sangeeta Mittal. Following on from the session, customers can select one of our four, six, eight or 12 session packages to continue with us.

Please note that we charge £15 per hour for any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
