You can book individual yoga therapy and Ayurveda sessions here, or choose one of our packages.

If any of the available time slots don’t suit you, please feel free to get in touch at info@lytcentre.org.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that we charge £15 per hour for any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
