Yoga4Health

You are invited to participate in a 10-week therapeutic yoga programme. Dr Sangeeta Mittal, accredited by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance (YIHA), will run the classes at Battersea Park Library.

Each 90-minute class is designed to give you tools to manage stress, improve mobility, and build long-term resilience.

High-quality, eco-conscious mats, blocks, and straps have been donated by Dr. Sangeeta and are meticulously sanitised before every class. No prior yoga experience needed.

We welcome people of all abilities and backgrounds who identify as they wish, pregnant or otherwise. Spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book now to avoid disappointment.

By taking part, you will help us expand evidence-based health and wellbeing benefits across the entire population.
