Yoga teacher trainer, yoga for NHS staff provider
Paul Fox is Chief Executive Officer of the Yoga In Healthcare Alliance (YIHA) and co-author of Yoga on Prescription: The Yoga4Health Social Prescribing Protocol. He oversees 600+ yoga teachers and healthcare professionals delivering YIHA's NHS-accredited Yoga4Health programme, and in 2024 received the Silver Award at Our Health Heroes as Healthcare Volunteer of the Year.
A former BBC national news journalist and ex-Chair of the British Wheel of Yoga, Paul has trained over 200 yoga teachers and delivered CPD to more than 1,000 during a 30-year career in yoga. He holds a PGCE and writes widely on yoga for magazines, journals and national newspapers.
