Tess Mabbitt-Mair
Tess has been sharing yoga since 2014 and loves creating a space where everyone feels welcome. One of her most inspiring trainings was in Ashtanga in the foothills of the Himalayas, an experience that continues to shape her teaching. Her classes are mindful and grounding, weaving movement with breath while keeping a strong connection to the roots and philosophy of yoga. Tess teaches at Blessed Yoga in Sidlesham and privately in Chichester. She offers pre- and post-natal yoga, yoga for anxiety and depression, breathwork, and yoga nidra. More about Tess here.

Christina McMaster
Christina McMaster is a pianist, composer and founder of Lie down & Listen – a truly creative spirit fascinated by deep listening and sound. These sessions are particularly recommended for those recovering from cancer treatment. She has performed at numerous festivals U.K and worldwide and is known for her creative approach to programming. She studied at TrinityLaban with Douglas Finch and Yonty Solomon, at The Royal Academy of Music with Joanna MacGregor and was later appointed Associate here. Monserrat Mukherjee
As founder of The Yoga Therapy Institute, the first European school offering IAYT accredited programs, Montserrat dedicates her life to Yoga Therapy and the care for others. Cherie is a Senior Yoga Teacher and specialises in Ashtanga, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga.
