Dr Remi Mogekwu is an Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist, educator and founder of Her Health Room. Her work is rooted in the belief that women should not have to navigate pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood feeling scared, dismissed or alone. Through Her Health Room, Remi helps women make sense of what is happening to their bodies, minds and lives. The platform gives women access to free educational resources, workshops, live events and honest conversations about pregnancy, birth, recovery, motherhood, returning to work and beyond.
Remi also supports organisations through corporate workshops and advisory sessions, helping them better understand pregnancy, postpartum recovery, baby loss and return to work. Her aim is to give women a space that offers safety, clarity and support, so they can feel informed, confident and less alone in it.
